A crash that occurred outside of Thamesville last Tuesday has turned fatal.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials say on Tuesday, March 14, around 4:30 p.m. emergency crews responded to a single vehicle collision on Longwoods Road, near Thamesville.
A 29-year-old Chatham-Kent woman was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police officials confirmed the woman died this week.
The identify of the victim will not be released as per the family’s wishes, police officials told the Sydenham Current.
