Carol McCallum
She is a faithful volunteer for our Bingo’s. She is always there assisting our club with her services. She is knowledgeable of the running of our Bingos and can fill any position or run when required. We look forward to her smiling face and her helping hands. Carol has the passion and drive to commit herself to a job, which others do not want. She has been an active member since 2011.
Lana & Pete Polkinghorne
Lana has been an active member since 2012, bringing Pete in 2015. They work well together as a team or by themselves. Lana is one of our Board Directors and serves on the Board. Her knowledge is always a welcoming pleasure. She is active in exercise and takes on projects when the centre is in need of helping hands. Along with her husband Peter they are a dynamic duo. We can count on them to get jobs done when no one else wants to battle the task. They work well with our members, they are respected and considered a valuable assist to our club.
Mary Meyskens
Mary has been a member since 2008. Mary is also one of our Board of Directors. She has incessant volunteered at numerous functions. She is a faithful Yoga exerciser. She is an avid Pepper player and she is always one of our first members to get on the bus when we have a day trip. She is a women that when we ask for volunteers, Mary steps up with her loving smile and says I can help. Her energy should be bottle and sold. We look forward to her witty personality and vivacious look on life. She is truly an asset to our centre.
Chris Jenkins
Chris is a very busy women around the centre. She heads the Writing Club – The Sydenham Story Tellers. They have accomplish and publish “Breezes,Currents and Sighs. This book is a compilation of the literary works of seven Wallaceburg authors. They are now writing novel #2. Chris also convenes The Card Making Club at the centre. They meet weekly and make beautiful cards to be sold at the centre. She is a lovely and talented lady and always a pleasure to see about the centre. She has been an active member since 2007.
