Utility trailer stolen in Dresden

(Chatham-Kent Police Service)

Police are looking for the public’s help in finding a stolen trailer from Dresden.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials say yesterday between 6:20 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. a 2015, black Advantage utility trailer was taken from a residential property on Sydenham Street in Dresden.

An Ontario license plate of M8744H was attached to the trailer at the time it was stolen, police say.

In addition, the front and the sides of the trailer were shorter in height and the back of the trailer had a drop down grated metal ramp.

The estimated value is $1,000.

A photo of a similar-looking trailer is included with this story, it is not a picture of the one that was stolen.
