Save the date for our upcoming 18th Annual Box Lunch! Let us bring lunch to you and your co-workers. Enjoy a delicious sandwich, coleslaw, fruit, drink and dessert – all delivered right to your door. The event raises funds and draws attention to the many services and programs offered to more than 400 people with intellectual disabilities and their families across Chatham-Kent.
Orders are due by April 9, 2018
1) Collect lunch orders at your business using the Tracking Form. Add up the totals for sandwiches and drinks.
2) Transfer your totals from the Tracking Form to the space onto the Order Form.
3) Submit completed Order Form by fax (519)-627-7728 or email to clwboxlunch@clwallaceburg.com by
