On Monday we feature the Blue Banquet (get it…Blue Monday). We swap out our regular cheese for a very strong Blue Cheese. This packs a punch and it gets messy. If you like Blue Cheese you’ll love this burger. If you don’t like Blue Cheese you might want to stick with the Chopper or The Woody.
