The Breast Buddies Dragon Boat Team would like to express our heartfelt
gratitude to our family, friends, community members and local businesses who
supported us as we made our way to the 2018 International Breast Cancer
Paddlers’ Commission Participatory Dragon Boat Festival which recently took
place in Florence Italy. Thanks to your generosity, the Breast Buddies were able
to join 120 other breast cancer survivor teams from 18 countries, representing all
the continents. Over 4,000 people participated in three days of intense program
activity that included demonstrations, workshops, celebrations of life and of
course, dragon boat racing! Thank you!
