Remembrance Day ceremonies are being held today across the community, including in Wallaceburg and Dresden.
In Dresden at 10:45 a.m., a parade will form in the parking lot at Branch 113 and will proceed to the Cenotaph.
The Sarnia Aircraft Association Flying Formation Team will be doing a flyover at the event at this time.
At 11 a.m., two minutes of silence, act of remembrance and laying of wreaths ceremonies will be held.
In Wallaceburg, a service will be held at Wallaceburg District Secondary School starting at 9:30 a.m.
A family wreath laying ceremony will be held.
After the service a parade will take place to the Wallaceburg Cenotaph for 11 a.m.
A short service will be held with government representatives laying wreaths and any family who would like to redo their wreaths as well.
A light lunch will follow at the Legion.
