Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: This morning, around 7:20 a.m. emergency crews responded to a three vehicle collision on Queens Line between Drake Road and Dillon Road.
Luckily, no one was injured.
Total damage was estimated at $15,000.
A 19-year-old Chatham man has been charged with attempting to pass not in safety.
Queens Line is now open again to all traffic.
