Chatham-kent Police Service officials allege: On January 25, police responded to a possible unconscious impaired driver in the downtown core of Chatham.
Officers located a 51-year-old man in a running car parked in a store parking lot.
The man was deemed to be intoxicated and was arrested for impaired driving and transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for breath testing.
