Police encouraging registration for ‘Key Holder Registry’

The Chatham-Kent Police Service is encouraging people to sign up for their Key Holder Registry.

The program is being provided to ensure that all properties and alarm systems in Chatham-Kent are registered with the CKPS.

The registry will also allow an opportunity for property owners to notify the CKPS when they are away from their residence or place of business for an extended period of time and for the CKPS the ability to have important contact information readily available if any issues arise at a certain location.
