Lambton OPP officials allege: As a result of a complex and extensive investigation the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have laid charges in relation to the fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred on London Line on October 25, 2018.
On January 25, 2019, one of the involved drivers, a 62-year-old Sarnia woman, was charged with the following alleged offences:
– Cause death by criminal negligence
– Criminal negligence cause bodily harm
– Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death
– Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm
She is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice- Sarnia on February 25, 2019 in order to address the allegations.
