Robbery charges laid in Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Friday February 1 two men became involved in an argument over an outstanding debt, at a residence in the city of Chatham.

During the course of the altercation, one of the men assaulted the other and stole his wallet, before fleeing the scene.

A 22-year-old Chatham man has been arrested and charged with robbery. He was released with conditions pending a future court date.
