Last week, at the 2019 Special Olympics Winter Games in Sault Ste. Marie, the Chatham-Kent Police Service received an award for being the ‘Highest Percentage Increase in Gross Revenue – 4th Place.’

“This would not have been possible without the community’s support at various events across Chatham-Kent last year,” Chatham-Kent Police Service officials said in a media release.

“Thank you to all who supported our Polar Plunge, Torch Run, Torch Ride, NHL Alumni Hockey game and Mazda Test Drive event. Congratulations to Dryden Police and Shelborne Police who were also recognized.”
