Man found with a bear trap on his hand

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On April 4 around 10 p.m., Chatham-Kent Police was called to a suspicious male party walking down Longwoods Road east of Thamesville.

Upon police arrival it was learned the male party was walking with a bear trap on his hand.

The male party was treated for his injuries by EMS and transported to hospital.

Police are currently investigating where he received the bear trap from.
