Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On May 24, 2019 the woman was released from custody with several conditions.

Two of those conditions stated that she was not to communicate with a specific woman who lives in the same apartment building and to notify police in writing 24 hours prior to any change in address.

Earlier this week, the woman walked passed her neighbour’s patio multiple times while yelling at her.

Last night, the 39-year-old Chatham woman was arrested and charged with two counts of failing to comply as she also moved to a different apartment without notifying police.

She has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
