The Knights of Columbus in Wallaceburg have handed out their annual 50/50 draw prize.
“On behalf of the Wallaceburg Knights of Columbus Council 2102, as
chairman of the draw, it gives us great pleasure to announce that Krista
McGregor of Wallaceburg has won this years prize in the amount of
$11,365.50,” said Dan Donkers, 50/50 draw chairman, in an email sent to the media.
“We thank the people of Wallaceburg, Dresden and area for continuing to
support our efforts to raise funds for local organizations and a prize
for one lucky individual. This years prize is an increase of $465.50
over last year.”
McGregor’s name was drawn on Saturday, August 10 during WAMBO.
