The Municipality of Chatham-Kent will hold an opening ceremony celebrating the completion of Phase One of the CASO Trail project. The ceremony will take place on Thursday, September 26th at 10:00 a.m. at 12623 Mitton Line. (At the Ridgetown Water Treatment facility.)
Phase One of the CASO Trail is 5.50 kilometers in length and was completed in October 2018. When complete, the CASO Trail will create a recreational, active transportation corridor, approximately 30 kilometers in length, extending west from the Elgin County line to Communication Road.
