Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday morning, a woman wanted for assault, breaching her Probation Order and failing to attend court turned herself in to police.

The 22-year-old Wallaceburg woman was arrested and transported to the Courthouse pending a bail hearing.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Early this morning, an officer on general patrol located a woman who was wanted for break and enter, failing to comply with her release conditions and failing to attend court.

The 25-year-old Chatham woman was arrested and held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Early this morning, police located a man who was wanted for breaching his Probation Order.

A 32-year-old Chatham man was arrested and released pending a future court date of November 26, 2019.

Neighbour dispute leads to charges

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday morning, police responded to a neighbour dispute in Wallaceburg.

A 37-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested and charged with assault and mischief.

He was released pending a future court date of November 27, 2019.

Theft of tools in Bothwell

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Sometime late Sunday night or early Monday morning, unknown suspects entered a home under construction on Beech Street West and stole:

– Makita chop saw with stand

– Makita batteries

– 2 Makita battery chargers

– Rigid 10” table saw

– Bosch air compressor

– Makita cordless drill

– Makita cordless jigsaw

– Milwaukee nailer

– DeWalt radio

– bag full of hand tools

– 14 sets of door handles and hardware

Total value of the theft has been estimated at $10,000.
