The Wilkesport Fire Department held an open house to celebrate 50 years of serving the community on November 16.
The event was held from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Wilkesport Hall.
They invited all past members and their families, as well as the public.
A light lunch was provided.
Local Council members and MP Marilyn Gladu was also in attendance.
Wilkesport will also be holding their 50th annual Santa Clause Parade on December 8 at 1 p.m.
There will be hot dogs, chili, pop and a bounce house for little kids.
All are invited.
