The Literary Angels Programs accepts donations from patrons to purchase library materials in honour of others. A gift from The Literary Angels Program is perfect for those who love books, reading and libraries! Celebrate a special friend or teacher or dedicate a title as a memorial tribute.
With a recommended donation of $25.00, staff select an appropriate title. A bookplate identifying the recipient, donor and the occasion will be placed inside the front cover.
We will notify the honoree or whomever you desire to inform them of the gift you have made to CKPL so they can borrow the item. Tax receipts for donations over $10.00 are mailed at year end.
There are two ways to donate. The first is to visit any branch and pick up a form. The second is by donating online. Donations received online will receive a tax receipt from CanadaHelps.
