Sarnia Police Service officials allege: At approximately 11:45 p.m. on July 1, 2025, a 17-year-old male pedestrian was struck on Lakeshore Road at Blackwell Sideroad, Sarnia, by a motor vehicle. The male was transported by EMS to Bluewater Health with serious injuries and remains there under hospital care.
