Bee hives stolen in Wheatley

The Chatham-Kent Police Service is investigating after some bee hives were stolen in Wheatley.

Police officials say sometime between the beginning of November, 2019 and December 28, 2019 a total of 13 bee hives were stolen from a property off of the 3rd Concession Line in Wheatley.

“Seven of the stolen bee hives are three stories tall and the remaining six are two stories tall,” police officials stated in a media release.
