Police: Theft in Wallaceburg, fishing equipment stolen in Dresden

Theft in Wallaceburg

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Sometime over the weekend, unknown suspects forced their way into a construction trailer parked at Wallaceburg Memorial Arena on Wall Street.

Approximately $1000 worth of various items were stolen from the trailer.

Theft of fishing equipment in Dresden

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Sometime over the weekend, unknown suspects entered a shed on Park Street and stole a Lowrance Fish Finder, 7 Okuma rods, 2 seats and a large tackle box.

Total value of the theft has been estimated at $5,000.
