Suspected heroin was seized after a traffic stop in Wallaceburg.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege officers received a report of a vehicle driving erratically/dangerously on St. Clair Street north bound.
The vehicle was stopped at Rona in Wallaceburg, police officials say.
“As a result of investigation, police arrested the driver for dangerous operation of a motor vehicle,” police officials allege.
“The passenger in vehicle, was found in possession of a quantity of suspected heroin and was charged accordingly.”
The incident occurred at 8:29 a.m. on Friday, March 6.
