The Durham County Poets are set to perform in Wallaceburg on Saturday, March 28, 2020.
The show will begin at 8 p.m. at the Jeanne Gordon Theatre, located above the Wallaceburg & District Museum at 505 King Street.
Tickets are $30 plus handling fees.
“The Durham County Poets are a lively and soulful group who have written and performed an eclectic blend of blues, folk, and gospel throughout Eastern Canada,” organizers say.
“With three albums under their belt, they have now released their fourth album, Hand Me Down Blues. This led them to be nominated for a Maple Blues Award in the New Artist of the Year category and for a Juno for Blues Album of the year. They will find out whether they’ve won the Juno only a couple of weeks before the Wallaceburg Show.”
