Two new positive COVID-19 cases confirmed in Chatham-Kent

The CK Public Health Unit has announced two new positive cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Chatham-Kent, bringing the total to 42.

Public Health officials say four more people have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 23.

There are 18 active cases in Chatham-Kent, no one is hospitalized and one person has died from the virus.

In total, 1,529 COVID-19 tests have been administered to date, while 361 tests are pending.

The CK Public Health Unit updates their ‘current situation’ page daily by 12:30 p.m.
