Pursuit and dangerous operation in Chatham
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On June 11, shortly before 9 a.m., police observed a vehicle in the area of Riverview Drive in Chatham, that was the subject of numerous previous traffic complaints.
Upon police attempting to initiate a traffic stop with the vehicle, the vehicle fled the area and a pursuit was initiated.
The vehicle continued westbound on Riverview Drive, where it entered a ditch.
There were no injuries and the 29-year-old male driver was arrested for dangerous operation, flight from police and a charge for having a speed measuring device and fail to surrender licence.
The driver was released from custody with a future court date.
Domestic incident in Chatham
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Around 3 p.m. on Friday police responded to a domestic-related incident at the Chatham Motel.
A 49-year-old man was charged with two counts of assault and was held for a bail hearing.
Traffic-related incident in Chatham
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Shortly after 4 p.m. on Friday, police were called to an incident on McNaughton Avenue East, involving an older model blue GMC Sierra pickup.

Driving while disqualified in Wallaceburg
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Just before 10 p.m., a 32-year-old woman, who was known to police, was observed operating motor vehicle contrary to her prohibition order.
The vehicle was stopped and the woman was arrested and later released, charged with two counts of drive with disqualified.
The vehicle was towed from the road.
Warrant arrest in Wallaceburg
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Around 4 a.m. on Saturday, June 13, a traffic stop on Margaret Avenue resulted in the arrest of a 37-year-old man wanted for threats, mischief and assault.
He was held for a bail hearing.
