With broken hearts we announce the passing of RuthAnn Toulouse (Ellis) who passed away with her children and sister by her side on Friday June 19, 2020 at the age of 75 .
Born in Dresden, RuthAnn was the daughter of the late William and Alice (Croucher) Ellis.
Beloved wife of over 50 years to the late George Toulouse Sr. (2014).
RuthAnn was the loving mother to George Toulouse Jr. (Judy), Sherry Toulouse-Guerette (Guy) and Crystal Bechard (Jason).
Cherished sister to Donna Harris (the late Richard) and Betty Campbell (Victor).
Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Thelma Rinq (Bob), Louise Liscumb, Grace Charron (Joe), William Ellis (Mary), Carl Ellis and Dale Ellis.
Proud grandma to John Toulouse (Jessica), the late Destinee Toulouse, Raymond Toulouse, Skye Bechard (Trevor), Angel Wagenaar (Devon), Talamon Bechard, Adam Toulouse, Amber Toulouse, Xander Bechard and Alexis Engels.
RuthAnn was the loving “GG” to her many great-grandchildren.
RuthAnn loved life and lived it by her own rules and those of her heart.
She enjoyed making memories going on outings and trips with family.
RuthAnn enjoyed a little BINGO and casino time now and then.
She enjoyed her 30 years working at Arrow Laundry and over 10 years with Top Dollar.
Family will miss Ruthann’s feisty personality, her eternal and unconditional love and her open and straightforward demeanor.
There was never a time you didn’t know exactly what RuthAnn was thinking.
We have lost a great mom, sister, grandma, “GG”, aunt and most importantly friend.
RuthAnn will be forever missed and cherished in our hearts.
Friends and family are welcome to attend an Open House Memorial on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm at 68 Coverdale St.
