Effective immediately, we will no longer be full time caterers. This is a very hard decision for us, as we have catered in Wallaceburg as a family since 1969. Covid19 has been a game changer for us, costing us thousands of dollars in lost catering revenue, which lead to the broaster chicken. Broaster chicken is our future along with trying to return the Black Goose to the new normal. We have informed the Union Hall of our intentions so they can seek a caterer should they choose to do so. I told Bill we would still be willing to accommodate a few of our yearly events such as The Hall of Fame and the Community Living Boxed Lunch. Although most of our weddings have already canceled, those who have rebooked for 2021, please be advised we will no longer be available. We will continue to offer drop and go style meals for any group size in Wallaceburg. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
