Municipality of Chatham-Kent Council is set to meet electronically on Monday, July 13, 2020 for a special closed session meeting.
The only item on the agenda is in regards to the CAO Performance Review.
“Please note that this is a closed session meeting only,” Municipal officials say.
“There will be no items discussed on open session at this meeting.”
That meeting is being held pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act and involves “personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.”
The CAO, Chief Administrative Officer, for the Municipality is Don Shropshire.
The next open session Council meeting is being held virtually on Monday, July 20, 2020.
Monday’s closed session meeting begins at 4 p.m.
