CES has a client in the Wallaceburg area that is looking for an Office Administrator. This position is a Temp to Perm position and pays up to $20/hr Depending on Experience.
Requirements:
- Expected to use diplomacy and sound judgement in all Company interactions.
- Ability to accurately follow directions from Employer, i.e. Board of Directors
- Supportive and cooperative in following Board directives and initiatives.
- Possess the ability to quickly internalize and implement the Company Policy & Procedures and Bylaws.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Maintain confidentiality and be worthy of the trust required to fulfill Coordinator position.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Desktop Publisher, and in QuickBooks Pro Accounting Program.
- Proficient in Social Media and Web Site administration.
- Current First/Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain within first 3 months of the contract.
- A valid G Licence and proof of valid vehicle insurance with a minimum $1,000,000 liability coverage
- Perform physical tasks as required. This will include but not be limited to shoveling, mopping and carrying items up to 10lbs.
- Maintain and update all social media
- Fundraising and handling cash is required.
- All Financial tasks such as banking, Book Keeping, processing invoices, paying bills and maintaining credit card accounts are required.
- Taking of minutes during meetings
- Prepare documents for meetings
- Familiar with best Health and Safety work practices and corresponding regulations.
- Office Admin Certificate required
