The 5th Wallaceburg Farmers’ Market of the year is taking place in downtown Wallaceburg on Saturday, August 15, 2020 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Kelsey Nydam, the coordinator for the market, told the Sydenham Current masks are optional at the outdoor event, but are recommended.
Social distancing protocols will continue as well.
Nydam said there are a handful of food vendors taking part this week, with strawberries, corn on the cob, baked goods, along with soap and plants available for purchase.
The market is taking place every other Saturday into October, thanks to Acres Unlimited Inc., the title sponsor for the event.
