The crew at Splash Pools, Chemicals and Supplies in downtown Wallaceburg is encouraging people to start preparing to winterize their pools.
Maryanne DeVylder, owner of the 155 Nelson Street business, told the Sydenham Current people should bring in a water sample a few days before they plans to close their pool for the season.
DeVylder said now is also the time to order your new pool cover as well.
She said due to COVID-19, manufacturers have informed them that they may run out of material.
When visiting the shop, customers are being asked to use the back door of the business, DeVylder added.
They are open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Starting on October 18, 2020, their winter hours begin. These hours are Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
