Lambton OPP officials allege: On September 20, 2020 at approximately 4:55 p.m. the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Lambton Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Lambton County Fire Department attended the intersection of Forest Road and London Line in relation to a fatal motor vehicle collision involving two motor vehicles.
One driver was pronounced deceased at scene.
The other driver was transported to the local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The identity of the deceased is being withheld until next-of-kin notification has been completed.
As of 6:45 p.m. on Sunday, OPP West Region Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) were on scene to assist with the investigation.
The intersection of London Line and Forest Road was set to be closed for several hours.
