Lambton OPP officials allege: On October 4, 2020 at approximately 7:45 a.m. the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Lambton Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Lambton County Fire Department attended the intersection of Queen Street and Fleming Road in the Town of Plympton-Wyoming, in relation to a single motor vehicle collision.
The driver was pronounced deceased at scene.
The identity of the deceased is being withheld until next-of-kin notification has been completed.
OPP West Region Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) is currently on scene to assist with the investigation.
The intersection of Queen Street and Fleming Drive will be closed for several hours, OPP officials said in a media release issued at 9:15 a.m.
