Mrs. Annie (Bogaart) Everaert, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Friday, October 16, 2020 at the Sydenham Residence, in Wallaceburg, at the age of 89.
Annie was born in Wallaceburg and was a daughter of the late Peter and Mathilda (Peters) Bogaart.
Beloved wife of the late Jerome Everaert (2011).
Loving mother and mother-in-law of Joanne & Brad Stanlick of Port Lambton and Marshall & Nina Everaert of Wallaceburg.
Sadly missed by her grandchildren Jennifer Everaert, Mark (Erin) Everaert, Andrew (Melanie) Stanlick and Mitchell (Roxanne) Stanlick.
Dear great grandmother of Colin, Mila, Miikka, Niiklas, Baine, Nash, Covie, Carter and Cora.
Kind sister of John (Doreen) Bogaart.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her sister Mary (the late Julien) Vancoillie (2020).
Annie was a long time employee of Zehrs / Gordon’s grocery store (at the deli counter) in Wallaceburg and she was a member of the Our Lady of Help Catholic Women’s League for many years.
Family and friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg on Monday, October 19, 2020 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 11 a.m. from Our Lady Help of Christians Church, in Wallaceburg.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, we are asking reservations for visitation and the funeral be made by calling the funeral home (519-627-2861). Masks are mandatory. Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society may be left at the funeral home.
