Lambton OPP officials allege: On October 21, 2020 at approximately 2:35 p.m. the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Lambton Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and St. Clair Fire Department attended the intersection of Petrolia Line and Kimball Road in St. Clair Township in relation to a motor vehicle collision involving two motor vehicles.
One driver was transported to the local hospital with life-threatening injuries where they were pronounced deceased.
The deceased has been identified as Ernie Miller, 92 years-old of Wallaceburg.
OPP West Region Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) attended the scene to assist with the investigation.
The intersection of Petrolia Line and Kimball Road was closed for several hours.
