Firefighters responded to a blaze at the former Wallaceburg Snowmobile Club early this morning, Saturday, October 31, 2020.
Chatham-Kent Fire and Emergency Services officials say firefighters from Station #3 – Wallaceburg and Station #2 Chatham responded to a fire at the former club, just before 3 a.m.
“When crews arrived the abandoned structure was fully engulfed and collapsed in the foundation,” fire officials tweeted.
Fire officials say there were no injuries and approximately $5,000 in damages.
The scene has been released to the Chatham-Kent Police Service, fire officials say.
