Chatham-Kent Fire & Emergency Services officials say crews from station #16 – South Raleigh and Station #17 – Merlin responded to a fire at an abandoned structure at 106 William Street in Merlin early Saturday morning, December 19, 2020.
Fire officials tweeted that the call came in at 4:19 a.m.
Units 19-14 and 1-13 were also on scene for support, fire officials added.
There were no injuries reported and the indicent is under investigation by the Chatham-Kent Police Service.
