Lucille Jacobs, a member of Walpole Island First Nation, passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance-Chatham Campus, on Friday, January 15, 2021, at the age of 69.
Lucille is the daughter of the late Harold Sr. and Barbara (Soney) Jacobs.
Loving partner of Jim Peters.
Beloved mother of Nina Jacobs-Kiyoshk and the late Dion Jacobs.
Cherished grandmother of Dakota and Jade Jacobs and Great-grandmother of Dakota Jr., Taniyla and Treyvon.
Godmother of Janet and Delano Altiman.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg on Monday from 2 – 5 pm.
A private funeral service will be held with interment at Highbanks Cemetery, Walpole Island.
