Mary Elizabeth Upwood, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, January 29, 2021 at the age of 70.
Mary is the daughter of the late Thomas & Marie Upwood.
Sister of Joe Upwood, John Upwood (Liz Allen), Peter Shelton and the late Jim Upwood.
In 1989, Mary made Wallaceburg her home.
Her wonderful sense of humour, huge beautiful smile, laughter and distinctive singing voice will be missed by her close friends Cam, Leslie, Kirsten and Kevin and her housemates Barbara and Kim.
Mary loved decorating for any holiday and hosting parties for her friends.
She really enjoyed crafts and painting.
She was a dedicated volunteer for Children’s Skating and any Community Living project.
Relatives and friends may visit Mary at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg on Friday, February 5 from 2-4 PM.

A private burial will be held at Riverview Cemetery.
