As we get ready to wrap up the soup kitchen on Wednesday, we want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to our volunteers. Without them, there is no soup kitchen. Also thanks to Sandra Maltby and Jayne Glover, Pastor Ron and the crew from the Christian Reformed Church who also helped with deliveries. Thank you to all the folks that have sent us thank you notes. Nice to know we are doing some good.
We were touched by the extremely large card we received today from the Walmart gang. I will post a final list of our contributors on Wednesday with a summary of the project. If you see any of our volunteers, congratulate them on a job well done. By the time Wednesday rolls around, we will have fed nearly 9,000 folks.
