Sarnia Police Service officials allege: A 20-year-old Sarnia man has been charged with mischief under $5,000 after a parking lot gate at Bluewater Health was damaged earlier this month.
Police say surveillance video of the incident was shared on social media to help identify the person responsible. The man voluntarily turned himself in to Sarnia Police on July 11 and was cooperative with investigators.
He was released with a future court date.
