Armed robbery in Sarnia

Sarnia Police Service officials allege: On March 6, 2021 at 3:49 a.m., an unidentified man entered inside a gas station on the 100 block of Indian Road South where he brandished a firearm that he had concealed in a yellow shopping bag.

The firearm was then pointed at a store employee as the suspect demanded several items, including cash from the till and lottery tickets.

Approximately $50 of Canadian cash was stolen by the suspect, along with a significant quantity of scratch-style lottery tickets as well as some other convenience store items.

The Sarnia Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the person who committed this robbery.
