Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Sometime between Wednesday night at 10 p.m. and Thursday morning at 6 a.m. unknown suspects stole a green 2001 Arctic Cat 400 from a residence on Water Street.
The ATV was last seen with license plate 173FO.
