The Dundas Bridge in Wallaceburg is set to be closed during the day on Thursday, May 27, 2021.
Municipality of Chatham-Kent officials say the closure, at Margaret Avenue between Murray Street, Fork Street and James Street, is to complete repairs to the bridge deck and grate.
All lanes over the bridge will be closed between 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
“Local traffic will be permitted up to the work zone,” Municipal officials say.
“Emergency vehicles will not have access over the bridge.”
The posted detour route is Murray Street, Queen Street, Gillard Street, McNaughton Avenue and Wellington Street.
