Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Around 7:30 p.m. last night, police responded to a disturbance between two men on Indian Creek Road East near Queen Street in Chatham, regarding a minor collision.
Through investigation, police learned that the man struck the other man with an ice scraper.
The victim sustained minor injuries.
The 27-year-old Chatham man was arrested and charged with assault with a weapon.
He was released pending a future court date of June 23, 2021.
