Wallaceburg Hometown Bingo set to re-open on Friday

Wallaceburg Hometown Bingo is set to re-open on Friday, July 16, 2021 at their 1416 Dufferin Avenue location.

Organizers have released some rules for bingo starting on Friday related to COVID-19:

– The doors will open at 5 p.m. but the book counter will not open until 5:45 p.m.

– People do not have to be in a hurry, as they are allowed more than 50 people.

– There will be no promotions during COVID bingo.

– Extra paper is available to purchase.

– Sarching for specific boards will not be allowed.

– U’Pickem will only be sold at the verifier counter.

– Toonie pot is available

– No food or drink is to be brought into the hall.

– No visiting at other tables, this is not allowed.

– Ball tickets will be sold, but by the preference of the club, if they want to sell them
at a table or behind the counter.

– Please place all paper and garbage in the bins before leaving.

– If COVID protocols are not followed, people will be asked to leave with no refund.

“There will be social distancing, you must sit 6 feet away from another bingo player, unless you live in the same house,” organizers added.

“Mask must be worn at all times unless you are eating or drinking. You must leave your contact information in the box at the door, every time that you come. Please sanitize when you enter and leave the building.”

Organizers say there are two packages to choose from:

5 of each dual dabs
1 each of 3 strip supers
