Mr. Eric Hoffman passed away suddenly on Wednesday , July 28, 2021 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, in Chatham, at the age of 27.
The late Eric Hoffman rested at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.
Cremation will take place.
