Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday morning, a local man wanted for failing to attend for his fingerprints, being in possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000, breach of probation and theft under $5000 was located in Windsor.

A 24-year-old man, of no fixed address, was arrested and transported back to Chatham-Kent.

He was released pending a future court date of August 18, 2021.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday afternoon, police located a man on St. Clair Street in Chatham who was wanted for domestic related offences.

Upon being searched incident to arrest, the man was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and fentanyl.

The 25-year-old Chatham man was additionally charged with two counts of drug possession and released pending a future court date of September 8, 2021.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night, shortly after 7:00 p.m. police located a man in a parking lot on Keil Drive in Chatham who was wanted for failing to attend court, theft under $5,000, being in possession of property obtained by a crime under $5,000, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and committing an indecent act.

The 26-year-old man, of no fixed address, was arrested and held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Around 1:30 a.m. this morning, police responded to the report of a suspicious man around a business on Grand Avenue West in Chatham.

Officers located the man and through investigation learned that he was wanted for failing to comply with his release conditions.

A 28-year-old man, of no fixed address, was arrested and released pending a future court date of August 27, 2021.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Shortly after 2:00 a.m. this morning, police located a woman walking in the downtown Chatham area who was wanted for drug possession and failing to attend court.

The 27-year-old Chatham woman was arrested and held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Just before 2:30 a.m. police responded to the report of a suspicious man in the backyard of a residence on Lafontaine Street in Wallaceburg.

Officers located the man hiding under the porch.

Through investigation, police learned that the man was wanted for failing to attend court, fraud, uttering forged document, being in possession of property obtained by a crime under $5,000, break and enter, mischief and failing to comply with his release conditions.

The 34-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested and held in custody pending a bail hearing.
